Over the years our recommendations have worked very well for our clients.
Since 2003 our core recommendation has been selective investments into Trend Funds since they offer strong consistent returns, no requirement to call the market & high diversification. Our main offshore investment fund went on to win multiple awards and achieved +60% in 2008, at a time when many other offshore funds 'lost their shirts'.
As the debt crisis continued and other providers stepped in to provide lending instead of Banks, we added a High Income Fund that primarily lends at a low loan to value against property whilst securing first charge at the land registry and launched the first fund that invests into individual US personal debt securities - FTL Consumer Finance Fund.
We also included in our alternative portfolios a fund specialising in Litigation Funding called the Axiom Legal Financing Fund.
We also historically recommended buys on:
-Commercial Property funds specifically the Glanmore Property Fund (Jan 05 onwards with recommended sale in Nov 07 - almost the height of the market)
-Emerging Market funds including HSBC GIF Chinese
